3 lbs. Ground Beef
1 cup. Chopped Onion
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1½ cups Ketchup
1 cup. Chopped Green Pepper
½ cup Water
4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp. French's Mustard
4 Tbsp. Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

In any size crock-pot combine ketchup, green pepper, water, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Stir in meat mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Spoon onto hamburger buns and serve.
