2/3 cup Corn Meal
1 cup. Flour
2 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Shortening
1 each. Egg
3/4 cup. Sweet Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients and cut in 2 tsp shortening. Add 1 egg and 3/4 cup sweet milk. Mix throughly.

Dip dogs into mixture.

Deep fat fry at 365º and left out with tongs.
