½ lb. macaroni
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. hot water
1 tsp. butter
3 cups grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni in water until tender and drain thoroughly. Stir in butter and egg. Add cheese, reserving enough to sprinkle on top. Put into buttered casserole dish. Mix mustard and salt with hot water and add to milk. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 350º about 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
