Cornbread

1 cup Corn Meal
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Salt
3 each. Eggs
1 cup Milk
Little Cooking Oil

Other Ingredients

6 slices Bread or Hamburger Buns
Celery (chopped)
Onion (chopped)
Sage
Chicken or Turkey Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt, egg and about 1 cup milk and a little cooking oil.
Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.

Toast about 6 slices of bread or hamburger buns. Crumble corn bread and toasted bread together.

Dice 1 onion and some celery and cook until tender. Mix into the cornbread mixture. Add chicken or turkey broth until sorta smooth and thick. Add about 1 or 2 tsp. sage - taste to suit you. May need to add more sage but not too much. Last add 3 eggs - do not stir too much or dressing will be packy.

Pour into baking dish and bake until done possibly an hour on 350º.
