Premade pie crust. (Can buy GF if following a GF diet)

1lb Chicken

1T olive oil

Thyme

S&P

1 can mixed veggies (or any left over veggies you have in the fridge

1 can cream of chicken soup (can also buy this GF).

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chicken in Olive oil s&p and a pinch of thyme

Preheat oven 375

Spray pie pan

Lay out one pie crust in the pan

Cut chicken into cubes put in pie crust

Put veggies on top, then cream of chicken soup

Cover with other pie crust pinch the edges together & cut slits in crust.

Bake for 30-45 mins or until crust is golden brown.
