1 cup. Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
8 Tbsp. Butter (1 stick)
2 Tbsp. Light Corn Syrup
12 Slices. White Break
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
6 large. Eggs
1½. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease a 13X9 in. baking dish.

Combine first three ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring continually until brown sugar is dissolved and mixture is blended about 1-2 minutes. This is your caramel mixture.

Spread the caramel mix over the bottom of prepared of the prepared dish. Arrange 6 bread slices onto caramel mixture.

Mix the next two ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the bread.

Layer remaining bread on top.

Combine last four ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Pour over layer in dish.

Chill covered for 8 hours or longer.

Preheat over to 350º, bake about 40 minutes.
