1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
7 oz. pkg. coconut
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can pineapple, drained
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 stick melted oleo
Nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, coconut, pineapple, and 1 stick of melted oleo. (Nuts if desired)

Place vanilla wafer on bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Pour your mixture over the vanilla wafers. Now place another layer of vanilla wafers on top of the mixture. Put Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts and little coconut on top of the Cool Whip.

Note: Let your Cool Whip set out at room temperature so it will spread.
