Dough: (can be made in a bread machine)
2 pkg Dry yeast 1tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar 1 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil

Filling:
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 lg thinly sliced onion
¾ lb sliced mushrooms
1 lg thinly sliced green pepper
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 lb mozzarella
½ lb Muenster

Sauce:
15 oz can tomato sauce with bits
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
3 tbsp olive oil

Dough:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, oil. Add flour 1 cup at a time until doughy consistency which can be kneaded. Knead 10 minutes. Place in a bowl greased with olive oils, cover with saran wrap. Rise until doubled, about 45 minutes

Filling:
Brown sausage and vegetables and drain off fat, set aside

Grate Mozzarella and Muenster (put aside)

When dough as doubled, punch down. Cut in half. Roll out 1 half and line bottom of greased (olive oil) pan. Cover dough with meat mixture then mozzarella. Cover with remaining dough rolled out. Seal edge by rolling forward

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until lt brown.

Mix all in bowl. And spread over the top of the pizza. Then place Muenster on top. Return the pizza to the oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are brown, cheese is melted and the sauces starts to look dry in patches.


* Use a large deep dish pizza pan
