2 cut up chickens
Fry 3 or 4 onions until yellow
Add 2 tablespoons paprika
6 cups of water (I use less)
Add chicken and salt to taste
1 whole ground lemon rind
2 tablespoon caraway seeds

Cook slow in covered pan 40 minutes
Then Add 2 tablespoons flour and water paste with ½ cup sour cream
Cook an additional 10 minutes
Serve with Noodles
