4 weenies (or polish sausage)
2 Cups sauerkraut (not canned but from the refrigerated section, usually near hot dogs)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Slice weenies in 1/2 inch slices. Place in skillet over medium to medium high heat to which you have added a little (tablespoon) oil or butter. Add Sauerkraut. Cook, stirring often, until kraut and weenies brown slightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
