Personal Notes:
This is a recipe from my dear friend Jan Myers. She titled it "Myers love of whipped cream!"
She made this alllllllll the time.
Dick loved not only whipped cream but pie. For a Briarcliff auction fund raiser for PTA I donated a pie a month and he bought it.
I only made a few pies and he never let me forget that I "owed him"..........So at a different affair he got a "pie in the face"....that's right
a whole pie plate of whipped cream. Wonder if he is eating whipped cream in heaven
