2 lbs. Confectioners Sugar
6 Tbsp. melted Butter
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Milk
Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except for the peanut butter.
The consistency should be that of pie dough. Separate
the dough into 4 parts. Cover your pastry board with a
small amount of confectioners sugar to help with
rolling the dough. Roll the dough out like a pie crust.
Do not roll too thin. Spread as much peanut butter out
onto the flattened dough as you want.(I just use enough
to cover thoroughly). Then roll the dough up like a jelly roll.
Refrigerate and then cut into slices.

When Mother made this she most commonly
cooked her fondant, however this was an
easier option she had that I have used
a few times.
