4 1/2 c. chopped fruit-- ( I didn't have enough of peach or apricot or pear. So I used a half of a canned pear a few chopped apricots and peach to make 4 1/2 cups
2 Tb lemon juice
3 c c sugar
1 box low sugar Sure-Jell pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Stir in lemon juice to chopped fruit. Measure sugar into a bowl. Take 1/4 c sugar from measured amount of sugar and mix with pectin. Then stir into fruit with 1/2 tsp butter to reduce foam. Bring mixture to full rolling boil on high heat. Boil 1 minute. Ladle into prepared jars. Put on sterile, hot lids and rings and process.
