2/3 c shortening
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c flour
1 c. strong coffee
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. dates
1 c. dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix top 11 ingredients together adding raisins, nuts, dates and candied fruit last. Place mixture in a greased bunt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
