3 Tbsp,Butter
1&1/4 cups chopped Pecans
2/3 cup Butter
1&1/2 cups Sugar
1&1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Flour
1&1/2 tsp.Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
2/3 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place pecans in shallow pan with 3 Tbsp. butter.
Toast in 350º oven for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix 2/3 cup butter, sugar, milk, vanilla. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add other
ingredients mixing well. Fold 1 cup of the 1&1/4 cups of
toasted pecans into the batter,
Grease & flour two 9 inch pans
BAKE 350º 25 TO 30 MINUTES


ICING
Mix together, 3 Tbsp.butter,
3 cups confectioners sugar,
3 Tbsp, Milk,
3/4 tsp. vanilla,
Then fold in the 1/4 cup toasted pecans
