1/4 cup Blue cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp. apple cider or white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese into the buttermilk and sour cream.
Mix the sugar and vinegar of choice into the cheese mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
