Ingredients:
24 tart shells
2 bags MacIntosh Toffee
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
24 rosebud chocolates (or M&M's)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake tart shells until golden brown (about 10 min). Unwrap toffee squares and melt in a saucepan on low, mixing in 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk. This takes a bit of time because it has to be gradual. If you heat it too fast, the toffee will get harden. Pour toffee mixture into mini tarts carefully and tap your tray so you get all of the air bubbles out. Before they cool too much, place a Mini Hershey Kiss (or M&M's) on top.

Store in freezer.
