2 c brown sugar then fill rest with white sugar until it reaches 4 lbs
3 c milk
1 c cream
3/4 tsp salt
8 oz dark chocolate
1 lb 6 oz melted dark chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Butter pan with 1/4 cube butter leaving remainder in middle of pan and place pan in the fridge. Mix. When mixing add 1 lb 6 oz melted chocolate. Cook. Just before the mixture boils add remaining 8 oz dark chocolate and cook to 236.5 degrees. quickly pour mixture into cold pan without scraping. Let fudge cool without touching. when cool beat until it loses shininess. Put into containers. Add nuts if desired before placing in containers.
