2 eggs
2 t. baking powder
¼ t. salt
1½ cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup diced, peeled apples (Granny Smith)
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients by hand until moist. Batter will be stiff. Place in buttered 10 inch pie plate, pressing dough against sides and bottom to form pie-crust. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Pie should still be moist. Serve warm with ice cream on top!
