2 c. loosely packed basil leaves
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. toasted pine nuts
1/2 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Process basil leaves and remaining ingredients in a food processor
until smooth. Store in refrigerator.

Dried Tomato Basil

Process 1/4 c. sun dried tomatoes in oil (drained well and pressed
between paper towels) in a food processor for 30 seconds or until
coarsely chopped. Add basil and process until smooth.
