1/2# dried pasta (multi-colored rotini) cooked and drained
1 can diced tomatoes (with garlic, basil, and oregano)
1 chopped green pepper
½ chopped red onion
½ package provolone cheese—diced
1 can kidney beans
1 small can chopped black olives (if desired)

⅜ cup olive oil
⅛ cup red wine vinegar
2-3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Sugar
6 shakes coarse black pepper
1 tbsp. basil flakes
