1 c. hot milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
½ onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. very warm water
4½ c. flour
4 tbsp. dry sage (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hot milk, sugar, salt, onion and butter. Set aside. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water in large bowl. Add milk mixture and sage. Stir in flour. Cover and let rise 1-1½ hours or until doubled. Spoon into greased bread pans 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Remove from bread pans and let cool.
