1 pkg. (1.4 oz) vegetable soup mix
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1/2 c. real or light mayonnaise or low-fat mayo dressing
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can ( 8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:

1. In large bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise.

2. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.

3. Cover, chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

4. Stir. Serve with assorted crackers and bread,
