6 medium potatoes
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 ½ tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, peel and slice into a large bowl; cover. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; drain on paper toweling. Pour off drippings, reserving ¼ cup in skillet. Sauté onion and celery in drippings until soft. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour over potatoes, toss lightly to coat. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top. Serve warm.
