⅓ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1-1½ lb. boneless chicken breast, diced
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, diced
3 celery ribs, diced
2 med. potatoes, peeled and diced
3 med. carrots, sliced
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. ketchup
½ tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper and chicken in a bowl. Melt butter in large skillet. Fry chicken until brown. Add onion and celery and cook 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Serve.
