1 small onion minced
1 tsp. melted lard
2 lbs ground pork or beef
1 celery stalk diced
½ tsp of mixed spices (cinnamon, cloves)
4 cups of beef bouillon
browned flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in melted lard. Add to the ground meat with the celery and spices. Form meatballs that are 1½ inches in diameter. Flour meatballs. Put meatballs in bouillon and let simmer for 1 hour. Thicken the sauce with browned flour.
