1 lb. lean ground beef
½ onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ 15-oz. red beans, rinsed and drained
1 8-oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
¼ c. ketchup
½ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Fry meat and onion in large skillet. Add garlic. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve on buns.
