1 cup butter, softened
¼ cup milk
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. bkg. powder
1 ½ cups sugar
½ tsp. bkg. soda
2 eggs
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups of flour
1 cup (6 oz.) white chips
1 cup (scant) of Craisins

Grease and flour a bundt pan
In mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. In separate small bowl, mix flour,
bkg. powder, bkg. soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Fold in chips and Craisins. Place in oiled and floured Bundt pan and bake @ 350 for 50-55 mins.,
until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 mins.
Invert pan onto cooling rack or directly onto serving plate. If serving warm,
wait another 10 min. or so to cool.
