Crust:
¾ c. flour
3 T. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp. baking powder
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
Milk (enough to make a soft dough

Filling:
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
½ c. sugar
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
3 T. peach juice

Cinnamon & sugar for garnish

Crust:
Combine flour, dry pudding mix, melted margarine & baking powder. Mix in beaten egg. Add very little milk gradually being careful not to add too much. Between ¼ - ½ c.
Lightly butter pie plate. Using hands press dough up the sides of pan. Moisten hands with hot water.

Filling:
Arrange peach slices on dough.
Using mixer blend cream cheese, sugar & peach juices. Spread over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.
