1 box (2 rolls) Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie crust
¾ c. sugar
2 T. flour
¾ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
1 T. lemon juice
6 c. (6 medium apples), cored, peeled and sliced (I use Granny Smith and Fiji)

Prepare pie crust as directed on package for a two-crust pie using a 9-inch pie pan.

Preheat oven to 425º. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients except lemon juice and apples. Mix well. Add lemon juice and apples. Toss gently to mix thoroughly. Spoon into crust-lined pan. Top with the second crust, seal edges and flute. Cut slits or shapes into several places in top crust.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
