Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 loaves sandwich bread
1 ½ c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. pepper
½-1 c. dried parsley
8 eggs
1 ½-2 c. chicken broth (I used canned but you can use chicken bouillon dissolved in hot water.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Use more chicken broth if needed to make sure all of the bread is moist.

Stuff front and back cavities of turkey with stuffing. Depending on the size of the turkey, if you have leftover stuffing, put it in a covered casserole and bake during the last 30 minutes of the turkey's roasting time.

When turkey is finished roasting, remove all stuffing and serve.
