1 dozen eggs (beaten)
1 pepper (diced)
½ lb. of chucked bacon or ham
½ onion (optional - sautéd first tie fresh garlic)
2 C. spinach
Dash of dried garlic
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper

Optional: Ad chunks of broccoli, cheery tomato halves, or asparagus. pretty much any veggie taste great!

combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 º for 45-55 minutes or until done. Done when egg is no longer runny in the center.
