½ c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1½ c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
2 medium bananas, mashed (about 1 c.)
Nuts of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, sour cream & vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda & salt and combine together with creamed butter & sugar, mix well. Add bananas. Spread in 15"x10" greased pan. Bake at 350º for 22 minutes.

½ c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3 - 4 c. confectioners sugar

Blend together and spread on cooled banana bars.
