soppersota
lettuce
provolone cheese
mozzarella balls
roasted red peppers
pickled beets
marinated mushrooms
marinated artichokes
giardiniera
plum tomatoes
tuna fish if you are Vincent

1. On a large platter lay the lettuce leaves
2. Chop all the meats, cheeses and vegetables
3. Add all ingredients on top of lettuce in layers
4. Serve with olive oil, red wine vinegar and bread sticks
