Brown sugar
Butter
Marshmallows
Directions:

1. Peel sweet potatoes
2. Cook in water until soft, drain very well
3. Put potatoes in mixer and mix
4. Add butter and brown sugar to taste
5. Put mixture in bowl, top with marshmallows and cook at 350º until marshmallows are brown
