Dough
4 cups unbleached flour
1 cup milk
¼ lb. butter
4 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs (1 whole + 3 yolks)
1 oz. cake yeast
½ cup water

Topping
½ lb. to 14 oz. Swiss or brick cheese
2 whole eggs
Milk
Salt, if necessary
Chive or fresh dill
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add butter to milk. Add beaten eggs to milk mixture. Add yeast and water to milk mixture. Blend in flour. Kneed. Let rise till double. Pat dough in 13" by 9" by 10" pan, ½ inch thick. Lightly spread on topping.

Topping
Add beaten eggs to cheese. Add milk to moisten. Add salt to taste. Spread on bread. Top with paprika and fresh chives or dill.

Bake for 30 -35 minutes at 350º.

Note: Dough can be used for nut rolls.
