3 lbs of spare ribs
6 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch of scallions, finely chopped
6 tbsp honey
4 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut ribs up and boil them in a large pot for about 15 minutes
2. Heat oven to 350 º
3. Combine all other ingredients to make the sauce
4. Put ribs in large baking pan and cover with sauce
5. Bake for about 15 minutes, then take out and turn ribs over.
6. Cook ribs for additional for 15 minutes.
