3 cups cooked rice
3 slices of bacon
2 T. finely diced green peppers
3 T. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 T. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp and remove from skillet. Cook onion and green pepper in bacon drippings. Combine this and rice, cook 10 minutes. Then add crumbled bacon. Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over rice and cook until brown.
