Red chili pods
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Pull top off pod and empty seeds.
Check each pod for mildew.
Rinse well.
Put 6 to 8 pods in a med saucepan and add about a cup of water. Cover and bring to a boil.Remove from heat and let set til tender.
Put in blender and blend til smooth.(pods and water)
Put in containers(small) let cool , cover and put in freezer for later use.

Hot sauce by itself. Or use in southwest recipes

Be sure to wear plastic gloves. Will burn sensitive skin. Do not get hands close to your eyes.
