8 Tortillas- corn
1 3 oz Package of Cream Cheese- room temperature
2 c Cooked Chicken- chopped
Salt and Pepper
1/4 c Mild Chili Salsa
3 1/2 c Monterrey Jack Cheese- grated
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese- grated
1 c Half and Half

Garnish: 1/2 c Sour Cream, 4 Large Green Onions- chopped, 1 Large Tomato- chopped

Spread tortillas with cream cheese, chicken and salsa, and Monterrey Jack cheese. Roll up and put in a greased 8 x 12 baking dish, seam side down. Sprinkle with remaining Jack cheese, Parmesan and Cheddar Cheese. Pour 1/2 and 1/2 over and cover loosely with foil. Bake 35-40 mins at 375º. Top with sour cream and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes. Top with garnishes.
