½ cup minced onions
1 clove minced garlic
2 T. oleo or oil
1 lb. ground chuck
1 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 can chicken or celery soup
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. vinegar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. parsley (optional)
1 pkg. wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions, garlic in margarine until onions are soft. Add beef, cook until brown stirring to separate meat. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and mix well. Add soup, tomato paste and vinegar. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bend in sour cream and sprinkle on parsley. Serve over the cooked noodles.
