4 turkey burgers, recipe of your choice
4 tbsp butter
2 red onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in large frypan over medium heat.

2. Add thinly sliced red onions and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over medium low heat until they start to get golden brown, 15-20 minutes, stirring often.

3. Add 2 tbsp maple syrup, continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring at least every 5 minutes.

4. Add 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, continue cooking for another 15 minutes, stirring at least every 5 minutes.

5. Place carmelized onion mixture on bottom of four hamburger buns. Top with burgers, enjoy!
