2 lbs. cheese in a box (Velveeta)
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter Pimiento (optional)

Directions:
Melt on top of stove on medium heat so it will not scorch. In double boiler would be best. Heat until it is all melted. Add pimiento or a little onion if you wish. Beat until nice and smooth
