9 inch pre-made graham cracker crust
5 egg yolks (yolks only)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice from fresh-squeezed limes

If using whipped cream as the topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp confectioners sugar

Directions:

Mix well, and pour into pre-make crust; bake at 350 of 12-15 minutes. Cool pie before putting topping on.
Use saran wrap or waxed paper to coat the pie while cooling, so it doesn’t get a skin.

You can either make meringue from the egg whites, or top with whipping cream (I prefer whipped cream)
