1 can tuna
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tb lemon juice
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
5-6 slices of bread or buns

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese. Spread tuna mixture on each slice of bread or each half of the buns and place on a large cookie sheet. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of tuna. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
