6 baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp. green onion
1 tbsp. water
Bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Prebake potatoes.

Cut thin slice from top half of each potato and discard.

Scoop potato pulp into bowl, being careful NOT to break the skin. Mash pulp using beater. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper, baking powder, and onions. Whip until fluffy. Mix in cheese and bacon bits then stuff back into potato skins. Bake at 400ºF (205ºC) for 15 minutes.
