Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can shoe peg white corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 can small peas, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed (I use 2 cans)
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, diced
1 yellow or orange or red pepper, diced
1 can pimento (I do not use)
1 c. sugar
¾ c. dark vinegar
½ c. oil
1 T. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
In medium saucepan mix sugar, dark vinegar, oil, water, salt & pepper & heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes, then cool. Pour over veggies & refrigerate several hours.
