Peaches (cling is best)
Butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Halve peaches and remove pit. Place in a baking dish, skin side down. Place ½ tsp. butter in the hollow of each peach, top each half with 1 or 2 tsp. brown sugar, and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake @ 375º until peaches are tender, about 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Mom also used canned peaches when fresh was not available. A good side with pork or chicken also as a dessert with ice cream.
