1/3 cup butter
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand
3 eggs, beaten first
1/4 cup lemon juice
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together the butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Put in springform pan and pat lightly around edges. Put in refrigerator while making the filling. Beat cheese till fluffy. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Add res of ingredients and mix well. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until springs back. Cool. Remove. Spread 8 ounces sour cream on top. Garnish with strawberries or blueberries.
