Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
8 to 10 med. strawberries, sliced
8 crescent rolls, uncooked (packaged)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In microwave, soften cream cheese on high setting for approximately 15 seconds. (Microwaves vary, so adjust time as needed.)

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Lay unrolled crescent rolls on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Spread an even amount of cream cheese onto each crescent roll. Lay a single layer of strawberries onto each roll (takes from about 3 to 5 slices depending on the size of the strawberries). Carefully roll up dough, giving extra care because the strawberries like to slide. Just go slowly!

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely. The strawberries and cream cheese will stay very hot inside the crescent roll. Refrigerate any leftovers. You can rewarm them under the broiler.
